AniPON 3200 is a PON. But it's not like the traditional ones you see around. It is really new and wonderful. In what sense?

Of course, lower rate is available and low cost. The rate of upstream can be 1G, 2.5G, or even 10G for each subscriber!

E-PON and G-PON also provide TDM services. But, as you might know, it can be done through a kind of 'circuit emulation'. AniPON 3200 does not rely on such unstable technology. Surely, there are still so much TDM resources in the network. AniPON 3200 can make them live longer. AniPON 3200 can transport ANY services, packet or circuit.

E-PON and G-PON also can be configured as with redundancy. But, as it is known, such technologies have originated without much concern about redundancy. AniPON 3200 gets rid of such concern and provide a way for stable services of VoIP and IPTV.

In addition to the conventional PON configuration, AniPON 3200 can be configured as in ring. Even if the existing TDM service is ring, AniPON 3200 can easily adapt to it without any reconfiguration of the exsiting network.
